In this 4 week flexible course we will learn some fun and delicious recipes for muffins and quick breads. There will be no live sessions for this course. You will be able to complete the sessions on your schedule and then post your final products on the classroom page. I will post new recipes, videos, assignments, and fun extension activities weekly. A full shopping list with measurements will be provided upon enrollment. • All Purpose White Flour • White Granulated Sugar • Light and/or Dark Brown Sugar • Baking Powder • Baking Soda • Ground Cinnamon • Ground Nutmeg • Pumpkin Pie Spice or (Ground Nutmeg + Ground Ginger + Ground Cloves + Ground Allspice) • Salt • Vanilla Extract • Eggs • Milk • Oil (Canola or Vegetable) • Butter • Apples • Bananas • Pumpkin Puree (Not Pumpkin Pie Mix) • Zucchini Miscellaneous Supplies Needed: • Muffin Pan • Loaf Pan • Bowls • Measuring Cups and Spoons • Spoon, Spatula, or Fork (For Mixing) • Pam Spray/Butter or Muffin Liners • Knife • Oven
