⭐️ New to Outschool? Use code TeacherSar2020 to save $20 today! ⭐️ Let's Stretch and Move to your favorite K-pop songs! This class is open to both new and experienced movers. It's a great way to start the day or take a brain break! It will help dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts and figure skaters improve flexibility, balance and stamina. Also great for anyone looking to get and move while having FUN! *This class includes BASIC stretches and movements. This class is open to all abilities and modification will be given where needed. It will NOT teach full dance routines or K-pop dances. It incorporates basic repetitive dance movements and stretching exercises. Learners will be given instruction on how to stretch more effectively, build stamina and develop better balance and coordination. Learners will also be given pointers on how to stay on the beat and have good musicality. *Various K-pop songs will be played, see Syllabus for complete list. If you are unsure of K-pop music please listen to the songs before your learner. *Class will include: warm-up isolations, stamina builder, stretching exercises, balance and coordination practice. Total Class Time Approx. 35 minutes *Full Dance routines will NOT be taught in this class. Moves are very basic. *This class is for anyone who likes K-pop music, looking to get up and move while having fun and getting some exercise.

-Really Like You (GYUBIN)- Practice Plies and Foot exercises
-Permission to Dance (BTS)- Cardio Dance
-Ice Cream (BLACKPINK)- Floor Stretch
PART THREE
-Magnetic (ILLIT)- Basic Strength Exercises
-Supernova (aespa)- Cardio Dance Along!
-Yet to Come (BTS)- Cool Down

I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Dance Performance with a minor in Health Education. In addition, I have been teaching and doing choreography for over 15 years. I was a background dancer in Disney's High School Musical 2. I have worked with all ages teaching ballet, jazz, tap and modern dance and have done the choreography for many musical productions and groups.
