課堂經歷
Students will explore and learn one piece of choreography of the designated song in a beginner-intermediate level pace (faster than beginner level!). The class does not require students to have been present in previous classes (of this ongoing course) and are welcome to join any time. Students will be engaged in a fun and active dance class with JAS. Dancing helps to improve cardiovascular health, as well as improve body awareness. Students will also work on musicality and building their confidence and self esteem.
I am a dance studio owner with 10+ years in teaching styles such as Hip Hop, KPop, Jazzfunk and Waacking. I teach regularly in studio and love teaching young learners how to dance.
Please find a large enough space to dance. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in. Have a bottle of water ready, and an optional towel for sweat.
