In this class the students will discuss real estate strategies. This hands-on teaching will help them learn the basics of buying real estate. We will learn through lecture, Power Point slides. We will talk about how investor become millionaires and the secret to rental property. This class will include the following: 1)What is real estate? Understand - Loans and calculating Equity. 2)Real Estate Investment Strategies: Airbnb, Capital Appreciation, Positive Cashlflow 3)Qualifying For a Loan - Income Debt, Lowering Your Interest Rate 4)Price & Negotiation - Different types of markets 5)Creating Passive Income
學習目標
The goal for this class is to introduce the students to the basics of real estate, so that they will be well prepared for one of the biggest investments in their lifetime. These concepts can also help them understand personal loans, auto loans, and borrowing in general.
