Hi Learners and Parents, ARE YOU READY!? Let's kick off this BRAND NEW workout class with a BANG! 20 minutes, high energy, music bumping, cardio and core exercises! Coach Patch's fitness classes are a blast! He brings tons of fun new twists on exercises to provide engaging challenges that will surely capture the attention of all learners. Each class will follow a similar schedule: 3 minute warm up 15 minute workout 2 minute cool down/stretch Weekly schedule Week of 9/12: Run for dayz - Cardio with a dash of core Week of 9/19: Walk the plank Week of 9/26: True Cardio and Core Combo Week of 10/3: Feel the burn!! Since this class is ongoing, students can enter during any week and get a great workout!

Hi learners and parents!
I currently am a credentialed teacher in Washington State and hold my endorsements in biology, health and fitness.
Last year, I taught P.E., weightlifting, health, environmental science, biology and physics to middle and high school students.
I am a former Orangetheory Fitness Coach and certified athletic trainer
I am a former college football player who was named to my university's All Decade 1st Team, 3x all conference player, and 3x academic all west region.
I hold my Master's in Secondary Education with an emphasis in fitness, life sciences and health.
I received my B.S. in Athletic Training from Whitworth University. I completed 1,250 clinical hours in physical therapy clinics, collegiate, semi-professional and high school athletic training rooms, emergency rooms and urgent cares.
