In this one time class, students will be learning to draw a beautiful swan and use acrylic painting techniques to paint it. We will break down the swan into simple shapes and then refine our drawing. Non-toxic, child-safe acrylic paints. Assortment of paint brushes. Paint palette with mixing space. (Disposable - Tracing paper works great and it's an easy clean up.) Cup of water. White paint paper, mixed media paper or canvas. 8"x11", 9" x 12" Pencil and eraser. Paper towels or paint rag. Plastic paint palette knife.
We will be using a cup of water with our acrylic paints. Please make sure all electronics are protected from water spills. Use only non-toxic, child-safe acrylic paints.
