In this class we will use GoNoodle to get our bodies moving. In each class we will start with a warmup, do a 10-to-15-minute movement activity, and then a bit of a cool down with some breathing. Our warmup and cool down will be the same each day so as the kids continue along they will know what to expect and it gives them a sense of beginning and end to know what is coming. Everything will be done through GoNoodle which is meant for children. It is important for children to get 60 minutes of physical activity per day so this class will help get some of those all-important minutes and get some of those wiggles out. I will share my screen so the children can follow along. Please make sure the children are in sturdy shoes, have space around them to move, and have some water to drink. They are free to get a drink whenever they feel they need it, but GoNoodle is good at having times of rest also.
