😊Welcome to Tutoring with Ms. B. What to expect when enrolled in this one on one class: Each class with be tailored to individual student. This can be academic or elective. These sessions are created as a one-on-one type class so that the student can meet the academic goals that are needed. 📝My role as the teacher is to create an inviting environment that is engaging, fun and supportive. The goal of each class is for students to be able to apply what they have learned in class to their current schoolwork. My teaching style is creating a class that is fun and interactive. I enjoy getting to know students and their interests outside of class. I incorporate as much of that into our learning. I support each student and make the class super fun and engaging. **After enrolling, please send me information on goals and area's that you would like to work on. 📚Subjects that we may cover in class are Math, Introduction to Reading, Language Arts, Science, and Elective classes. I can also help students work on their school work. **If a student is absent from our scheduled tutoring, I will not be refunding or rescheduling. PLEASE contact me before class to let me know you need to reschedule, this is the only time I will be able to reschedule. If you have questions, please reach out to me. #confidence

Hi! My name is Brienna. Students can call me Ms. B.
When the pandemic started, I knew right away that homeschooling was the journey our family would be taking. I have been homeschooling along with teaching. I began teaching when I was 18! I fell in love with teaching and showing students that they were Rockstars! (Reading Rockstar, Math Rockstar, Social Studies Rock Star). It was very important to me that learners felt that they were awesome and could rock any subject that was taught.
I have two amazing kids!! A Jr. in high school and a middle school learner. Our favorite things to do as a family is to travel and collect board games.
I am a huge advocate for special needs students. My son’s journey with Autism and ADHD taught me so much from learning about different therapies to IEP goals. I create classes so that all children with different abilities can participate and feel valued.
With my ten years’ experience, as a preschool teacher my passion is teaching children through engaging activities, while having fun. Prior to becoming a teacher, I was a private tutor for Kindergarten through 6th grade.
Currently I am working towards my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and becoming a certified Curriculum Specialist. With different classroom setting experiences I had the opportunity to focus on phonics, reading, sensory activities, science experience and history. Getting children excited about learning is what drives me every day.
