At the end of this one-time class your student will have a list of 10 (or more!) reasons to say, "I like me!" As a sweet way to celebrate self-esteem students are invited to meet new friends, hear a short story*, and brainstorm ways they are unique, lovable, and special. We will take turns sharing what makes us special and hearing what makes others special too. We will work together on a custom printable to download from the classroom. Students will think about- and share things that make them feel good about themselves. They will have practice with positive self-talk, listening, and speaking. And they will have fun meeting other learners of their age and stage.
When I'm not teaching, I work as a health- and life coach with a passion for supporting moms, teens, and children. In my capacity as a coach I’ve led groups and taught classes and workshops on positive mindset, health and wellness, goal-setting, time-management, ecology, resilience, and joy for over 10 years.
