If you love dinosaurs, this is the class for you! Learners will begin class with a quick ice breaker to help them get to know each other! They can bring a dinosaur toy to class so that they can share their favorite dinosaur with others. We will read a book where we meet a lot of dinosaurs called, "I Met a Dinosaur" by Jan Wahl. Learners will be encouraged to share connections, ask questions, and make predictions about the story. After the story, learners will draw a dinosaur. They can...
Learners will be able to practice their speaking skills by sharing about their favorite dinosaur. Learners will improve their reading comprehension and vocabulary by listening to a fun story. Learners will be able to use their creativity and fine motor skills to draw a dinosaur. Learners will practice their writing skills by writing in complete sentences. Learners will use their imaginations to think of a story about a dinosaur.
