Together, we’ll dive into the power of positive affirmations and learn how to use them to develop a strong, confident mindset. During the class, students will: ✨Learn how affirmations can help them overcome self-doubt and boost their confidence. ✨Create their own personalized affirmation cards to inspire them every day. Using index cards or Canva.com to create printable digital cards. ✨Discuss simple, daily habits they can start right away to feel more self-assured and proud of who they are. ✨End with a fun confidence-building game to practice self-expression in a supportive and encouraging environment. This class is a safe, judgment-free space where students can share ideas, discover tools to boost self-esteem, and leave feeling empowered to believe in themselves!
