Students will learn the essential concepts of writing an essay while being fun, patient, and engaging. They will also become more confident in their abilities, which will help them in each area of their lives. The class is structured to be self-paced with 4 modules over 4 weeks. There will be activities provided to practice each concept covered. The activities will work on improving their essay writing skills and make it easier to write. Some of the topics that will be discussed are brainstorming, outlining, writing, and editing an essay. These are all essential concepts when writing an essay. Each module will dive deep into each concept to ensure learning needs are met. Learners will be able to complete the workshop at their own pace and receive direct feedback. There is no required experience learners need. This 4-week workshop will help learners build confidence, become effective writers who write with a purpose, and receive personalized assistance.
