Middle school/ junior high is a tricky time. Whether your child is nervous about starting middle school or wants to have a better experience at middle school next year, this class is designed to help. In this 5-day class, students will learn about study skills, time management tips for balancing school, social skills, extracurricular activities, and spending time with friends and family. This class will be taught with Canva presentation slides, images, video clips, lecture, and discussion.

This lesson is about how to manage your time without burning out. We will talking about the value of to-do lists, calendars, how to make a realistic schedule, setting goals, and the importance of practicing self-care. 55 分鐘線上直播課

Social Skills & Navigating Peer Pressure
This lesson is about how to make new friends and social skills. We will also discuss how to make independent decisions and avoid negative influences. 55 分鐘線上直播課

Extracurricular Activities and SMART Goals
This lesson is about the value of getting involved extracurricular activities from school clubs and events to volunteering and sports.
