In this one time fun course we are going to focus on BEING THANKFUL! First we will warm up with introductions. Next, we will ask and answer questions such as: “What does it mean to be thankful?” “What can I be thankful for?” “What if I do not feel thankful?” “How can I show that I am thankful?” We will also talk about big and small things that we can be thankful while reading a story. We will also be making a handprint turkey as our craft! (Depending on the age of your student parental...
1. Practice active listening skills by listening to the the students and questions presented. 2. Practice speaking and interacting with the teacher and other students. 3. Use critical thinking to describe thankfulness and to ask questions to other students. 4. Enjoy sensory time while making our handprint turkey. 5. Most importantly we will HAVE FUN with each other!
