Have you seen those chunky chenille blankets that are selling for a lot of money? Save your money and make your own. These blankets are very easy to hand knit in a few hours. Once you have completed your blanket, you will wonder why you hadn't made one before. In this class, you will learn how to create a hand knit chenille blanket. I will show you the beginning middle and end of handknitting the blanket. You will likely not complete the blanket in the class. However, I will continue to be available to you via classroom messages after the class ends. Day 1: Instruction on how to start, continue and complete the blanket Day 2: Additional instruction for those who need extra help; review of what was learned; troubleshooting, etc. This is also your opportunity to show off your finished blanket if it is available.

Students will learn how to hand knit a blanket that is approximately 40" x 60".
