You will have the option to add different crunches to your toffee. You will learn to read and use a candy thermometer. How to prepare your mold for the perfect candy. This is perfect treat year round.
What a great way to measure out the ingredients and turn into a crunchy and buttery yummy treat year round. You will need a candy thermometer that reads up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. You will learn how to read a candy thermometer for your perfect candy crunch.
I have cooked and baked for over 40 years and enjoy passing the joy of sweets, to all that want to learn.
