Each lesson, learners will complete an activity together in class as we explore the topic together. They will be given a factfile page to print off which will gradually build up into an encyclopaedia of knowledge. There is also an optional extra activity that can be completed at home to consolidate their learning. Welcome to our History: Vicious Vikings Camp, an exciting journey into some of the wildest and most feared warriors of all time ! Get ready to travel back in time to the exciting and action-packed world of the Vikings. Over 5 days, this Camp will take you on a whirlwind tour through the daily lives of Vikings, as well as exploring their longships, longhouses and battles. Each day, we will dive into a new part of fascinating Norse history , uncovering their triumphs and difficulties, and learning about the incredible power of the Norse people. Let’s buckle up and embark on this amazing summer camp adventure together! Each lesson will cover many of the History and Social Science objectives of the UK, USA and Australian curriculums, so this Camp is an ideal way to keep learning going over holidays or just for fun! Every day, learners will complete an activity in class and will receive an additional activity to complete in their own time to reinforce their learning. They will also be given a factfile on each topic which builds up into a mini encyclopaedia of knowledge. About us Learning With Love is a group of highly qualified and experienced UK teachers who share the goal of inspiring children to become lifelong learners, immersed in the wonders of the world and with a thirst for knowledge. Our lessons are great fun and leave the children wanting more! All of our teachers have BA degrees and Qualified Teacher Status, with many also holding Masters degrees. We ensure that our teachers have had at least 5 years experience of classroom teaching, with many having enjoyed more than 20 years in schools. All of our Summer Camps and resources are designed by a qualified educational curriculum manager who has many years of experience in developing curricula for prestigious educational establishments. Between us, we have worked in schools in the most deprived countries and areas through to those in the most affluent, experiencing a wealth of culture and great diversity. Every experience has taught us valuable lessons in how children best succeed.

The Summer Camp is taught by a teacher who is very experienced with children who have learning needs. We ensure that the lessons and worksheets are inclusive. We can also adapt learning materials for specific needs if required.
供應清單
All materials for each lesson will be posted in the classroom at least 24 hours in advance. Learners should print out the class worksheet and bring it to the lesson so that we can complete it together. They should also have a supply of basic stationary such as paper, pencils, crayons and glue.

This Summer Camp will be taught by a UK qualified teacher who has over 15 years experience of teaching children from age 3-11. They hold a BA (Hons) degree in Education which qualifies them to teach all subjects including science.
