In this class, each week learners will compete against each other answering questions about the World War 2 in the Pacific theater , and whoever answers the most questions correctly wins! Each week will cover a different period of the war and will go in semi chronological order.

No prior knowledge of World War 2 is required. To make things fair before each class learners will receive a document that contains all the answers prior to class. They should study it before coming to class, and it is requested that they not have it nearby during class, but try to answer the questions on their own from memory. Learners should come to class with 1 to 3 facts about the World War 2 not included in the document for extra points.

Week 1: Pre War to Pearl Harbor
Week 2: Malaysia to start of Midway
Week 3: Midway to Guadalcanal
Week 4: Tarawa to start of Leyte Gulf
Week 5: Leyte Gulf to Surrender

Sections will be closed approximately 6 to 12 hours in advance regardless of enrollment to ensure all learners have enough time to look over the materials.
