課堂經歷
During this class we start off with a warm-up and we will stretch our bodies. We will also do some cardio exercises and learn some hip-hop moves for about 7-10 minutes. We will then learn choreography to an upbeat Descendants/Holiday song. (Approximately 30 -35 minutes) During class we will take a couple breaks to insure that the children are able to give their muscles a rest that include about 5-7 minutes to make a Descendants Holiday countdown chain! Your child will learn basic movements of hip hop and movement. This song is upbeat and fun. The goal of this class is to get the student excited about dance, move around and exercise, learn something new and learn a full routine by the end of the class!
I have been teaching for 19 years in several styles of dance for all ages. I have danced professionally including Walt Disney World, The Orlando Magic (NBA) Dance Team, Carnival Cruise Lines and more. I have directed many dance teams and have judged at competitions and professional dance and cheer team auditions. My passion is to help others be their best! I am passionate, caring and fun and look forward to meeting your child!

5 註冊後即可取得文件We will be making a Descendants Holiday countdown chain. Bring the attachments or bring your own paper! (3-4 pages), scissors, stapler/tape and any other items you want to use to decorate your countdown chain. Attachments are in the welcome message.
