嘻哈舞蹈營（預錄課程）

This Hip Hop dance class is a 4 week pre-recorded course you may access at anytime!

The first portion of class will begin with a fun high energy warm-up and stretch. Next we will go over the topic of the day and put it to practice by learning various party dances and/or a fun dance routine! 

Week 1:
-Master the 1st element of Hip Hop dance
-Incorporate various footwork patterns
-Review the history of Hip Hop dance and party dances
-Learn 4 party dance moves

Week 2:
-Master the 2nd element of Hip Hop dance
-Review footwork patterns and party dances
-Learn arm movements
-Combine footwork and arm movements
-Begin learning a choreographed dance

Week 3:
-Master the 3rd element of Hip Hop dance
-Learn 4 new party dance moves
-Continue learning the choreographed dance

Week 4:
-Master the 4th element of Hip Hop dance
-Learn a Hip Hop line dance 
-Perform the finalized choreographed dance


What is different about this class?
-This class may be taken at anytime, as each class is pre-recorded. This allows the learner to pause, play, rehearse and perform as many times as they choose to.
-The foundation of class is built on self-esteem, confidence & having fun! I believe dance can be a pathway for expression and building strong, confident mindsets.
