The CLEP Humanities exam offers students the opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of a wide range of art, literature, music, and philosophy from various time periods and cultures. This test is designed for individuals who have a strong background in the humanities and are looking to earn college credit without having to take a traditional course. By studying key concepts such as symbolism in art, literary themes, and major historical events that influenced cultural developments, test-takers can showcase their knowledge through multiple-choice questions and essays. With proper preparation and dedication to mastering the material, students can successfully pass the CLEP Humanities exam and save both time and money on their path towards earning a degree. This course should take a student about 5 weeks to complete depending upon the speed of the student. Teacher responds to all inquiries within a 24 hour period.

Knowledge of factual information (authors, works, etc.) (50% of the exam)
Recognition of techniques such as rhyme scheme, medium, and matters of style, and the ability to identify them as characteristics of certain writers, artists, schools, or periods (30% of the exam)
Understanding and interpretation of literary passages and art reproductions that are likely to be unfamiliar to most test takers (20% of the exam)
