In this 1- time Valentine's Day themed craft class, learners will create a Heart Buddy craft with fun, wiggly arms and legs! We will use shapes as our main pieces and learners will practice shapes, cutting, gluing, folding and following directions. After they have cut and completed assembling their Heart Buddy, they get to decorate it any way they would like! The result: An adorable Valentine's Day keepsake craft made through lots of fun and learning! Learners will be able to see visuals on their screen and also a visual of me completing the craft as well to help them along in the process. A template for the Heart Buddy body and wiggly arms and legs will be posted to the classroom for you to print out and have ready to use in the class!

Children will work on fine motor skills like cutting, folding and coloring, as well as shapes, creativity and following directions in the fun Valentine's Day craft class.

This class requires the use of scissors to cut out some of the craft pieces during class. I recommend kid sized, made for kids (less sharp) scissors for this. If your child needs supervision while cutting safely, please plan to be present or near during parts of this class.
