Children should wear costumes for the party. The items for the scavenger hunt are a car, a ball, a pumpkin, a hat, an apple, and a cat. Please have these items on hand and hidden around the room BEFORE the party. I have also included printable versions of these items in case you may not have them on hand. Both work well. 

Here are the science project supplies if you child would like to do them. Remember they are welcome to just watch too. If you have a costume that you don't want to get dirty, please wear an apron just in case things get a little messy. : )

Oobleck (This one is very messy!) 
1-2 cups of corn starch 
1-2 cups of water
A large bowl
Measuring cups
A tray or baking sheet to contain the mess 
Food coloring (optional) 

CO2 Balloon Inflation
A water bottle
Funnel
1 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of baking soda
Balloon 
A spoon
A tray or baking sheet to contain the mess

Scavenger Hunt and Dance Party: 
Please make sure that your child has plenty of space to move freely to find the items needed during the scavenger hunt. I will remind them not to run during the party for their safety. They will also need enough space to safely stretch their arms out and jump up and down during the dance party. Water will come in handy to in case they get thirsty.
