課堂經歷
This class will be a gymnastics cardio work out class that will implement strength, resistance and flexibility training. We will introduce interval training and stretching concepts. The work out will consist of 30 minutes of body training and 10 minutes of stretching. These will benefit the young Gymnast by helping them develop core, arm and leg strength. Stretching concepts will increase flexibility and mobility. We will use common things located at home, a chair, a sofa, a towel, and pillows. All classes will begin with a light stretch and have a few stretching poses in the mix, they will also all end with a deeper stretch. Example of Schedule Class 1 Begins with 1 min Rope jump One foot jump 30 sec One foot jump 30 sec Sumo jump - rocking jump 30 sec Jog 30 sec Push up frog jump Run knees up 2x 30 sec 1-2-3 knee up exercise 40 sec Jog 30 sec Water break 10 downward dog-plank-pushups 10 pilate squats -10-second rest and Repeat 10 leg raises 10 Burpees 10 donkey kicks -10-second rest and Repeat - Water break 30-second jumping jacks 30-second modified Burpees Class 2 Begins with 30 second high jumps 30-second jumping rope 15 V-ups 15 Move the ball from side to side 15 scissors -10-second rest and Repeat 12 X- Hollow hold 12 Heels to the Heavens 12 leg raises -10 second rest and Repeat - Water break30-second plank

I am offering this class because I am passionate about physical strength and flexibility, I teach Gymnastics, beginner and competitive high level gymnast, and a few recreational classes. I always implement a lot of flexibility and stability in all classes that I teach. I am passionate about gymnastics and I believe in encouragement and helping children love themselves and feel healthy.
