課堂經歷
This class is for beginner gymnasts who have a free standing practice bar at home. Students may NOT use a doorway tension bar. Through the use of slides and demonstration, students will learn gymnastics terminology, body positions, and beginner bar gymnastics skills. At the end of class, students who would like to may perform their favorite skills for the group. Class agenda: 1. Calisthenic warm-up 2. Bars safety 3. Under bar hanging skills 4. Above the bar (front support position) skills 5. Under bar swinging skills 6. Review and spotlight Any students who would like to perform individually will have a chance to do so at the end of class. My teaching style is enthusiastic and positive, and I keep my gymnastics classes small so that students can receive lots of individual coaching.
