Plant lovers unite! Did you know you can grow a plant from an avocado seed? It's true! And pretty easy to do. All you need is an avocado, some water, and a lot of patience! Think you would like to give it a try! Then come to my class! Bring an avocado, an avocado seed, or just your own curiosity! This one time class will show students how to grow an avocado seed with very little materials. We will also explore other ways to grow plants from seed or even from clippings from plants we already have in the house. Basic plant biology will be introduced, with the option of exploring further! I will show the students some of my indoor plants and my garden outside
