Students are asked to wear clothing comfortable to move in.  For example shorts, leggings, joggers, t-shirts, etc.  Please no skirts, dresses, or oversized clothing.  No shoes or socks are required. 

A water bottle is optional for our quick break. 

It is helpful for the grown-ups to be present during the class but also gives the toddler space to learn as independently as possible.

Learners will be moving during the class, so a clear carpeted space is ideal.

For safety purposes, please make sure the area is free of sharp objects or corners in the case of a fall during movement.
