課堂經歷
This class is aimed at learning and practicing Greek that will help with travelling to Greece or when meeting people who speak Greek. We will be meeting live once a week in order to go through the various categories of Greek vocabulary. The material will be posted after each class and you can view it during the week at your convenience. Each week, students will be guided through a variety of vocabulary, phrases, and role-play. This class is to get students familiar with speaking Greek, listening to Greek, and recognizing Greek words! We will practice the vocabulary for things that are in their world so that they are able to relate to their learning while they practice! Students will learn basic vocabulary including conversation starters, numbers, greetings, etc. Students will receive many opportunities to practice their vocabulary skills in the Outschool classroom by doing introductions (in Greek), repetition of vocabulary, and playing games. Topics will include: Greetings and Introductions in Greek, Simple Sentences and Common Phrases, Shopping and Buyings Things in Greek, and Numbers.
