課堂經歷
I will review verbs and adverbs in this class. I will present the definitions and examples for each of these parts of speech. Students should have already been introduced to this topic prior to class. Students will do best if they are familiar with the definitions and usage of verbs and adverbs and need some extra practice and review. This class is designed as review and reinforcement. I will give a brief overview of each part of speech. Then we will play several games to reinforce the concept and make it fun. Students will interact with one another as I moderate the games. Students should be able to apply the part of speech as they play together.

Students will improve their understanding of verbs and adverbs. Students will be able to practice describing what a robot can do using verbs. They will be able to act out and identify adverbs to see how adverbs modify verbs. Students will be able to identify verbs and adverbs in a sentence.
