My teaching and cooking style is casual and fun. I base the material on my students’ interests, teaching what they want to learn. I do a lot of research and experimentation before I list each menu, that’s why the result is always amazing. You can think of me as an auntie from California who loves cooking, talking about her favorite food around the world and really really wants to show you how to properly make it :). Students will learn how to improve their skills as chefs in their home kitchen.
I absolutely love cooking and traveling. I pick up a new cooking and baking skill everywhere I visited around the world, from Thailand, Cambodia, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Egypt, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, England and so on. I am so passionate about great and unique food and would absolutely love to share with you how to have fun and be creative with the food you make.
Before each class- a supply list will be posted with the different items that you will need for what we are making that day. It will be provided at least 2-7 days in advance. You will also receive a handout on occasion depending on what we are making.
