Girls love to chat and we love to color! Sometimes hanging out with friends and keeping your hands occupied with coloring lets the conversation flow easier. Each week, we'll hang out and color together as I guide the conversation to help the girls get to know each other. We may even do some fun things like playing other games or doing Kahoot quizzes. We'll keep the conversation light and fun!  

In the process, they're learning how to initiate conversations, participate in a group discussion, express their own ideas, listen to another person's ideas, and then discuss them in a kind and thoughtful manner. I'll post coloring sheets in the classroom for you to print out and color during class with colored pencils, markers, crayons, or whatever you choose. I'll have some ice breaker questions and get to know me questions, then we'll let the conversation flow to subjects that interest the girls. If you're looking for some social interaction for your daughter, this might the place to come hang out for a while!
