During this class students will have a brief introduction to the artist, Wassily Kandinsky. He was the father of Modern Abstract Art! They will discover Kandinsky's gift of "Seeing Colors" while "Hearing Music!" They will draw one of his famous paintings “Horses Running.” During the first half of class students will develop a drawing in 5 progressive steps. Students will learn a brief introduction to the artist, Kandinsky. Students will learn to develop a drawing through 5 steps. They will learn that drawings can be broken down into shapes. Students will also learn to bring their drawings to life through proper coloring technique.
