課堂經歷
This is an ongoing tutoring class during which I will help your child learn German each week 1-on-1. Would you like your child to become a better German speaker/reader/writer? I would love to help your child by offering individual German tutoring! When you sign up, I will get in touch with you in order to create a lesson specific to your child‘s needs. I will discuss with you the type of help your child will receive. During our first meeting I will determine the German level of your child atonalere if we need to practice leaning new vocabulary, holding a German conversation, practicing comprehension using listening activities. If your child knows how to read, we might read German text together. I can also teacher your child reading in German when appropriate. Would you like me to only speak German or would a mixture of English and German work better for your child? What are your child‘s needs? Please let me know if you have any further questions. Hello! My name is Frau Collett (Mrs. Collett). I am a native German speaker. I lived the first 24 years of my life in Germany and have lived 13 years in the US. I have a Masters degree in Early Childhood and Elementary School Education. I have been an Elementary School teacher at a German Elementary School for five years and an online teacher for another 5 years. I also taught students German as a second language. I love teaching German in a creative way by reading stories or using interactive tools that help children learn in a fun way. I have two children that I also raise bilingual. I love teaching and hope I will see you in my classroom!
