Join us on an exciting journey as we explore some of the world's most beautiful locations! Each week, we'll focus on a new place, discovering its geographical features, climate, local cuisine, unique celebrations, wildlife, government, and flag. Through engaging photo slides, students will have the opportunity to express their opinions on the beauty of each location and discuss their observations with the class. We'll enhance our learning with short video clips showcasing famous landmarks and picturesque landscapes. At the end of each session, we'll review key facts to reinforce what we've learned, making geography both fun and educational for everyone involved! These are the locations we will be visiting. Week one: Croatia Week two: Nepal Week three: Austria Week four: Chile Future locations: Vietnam Costa Rica Dominican Republic Kenya Portugal Cyprus Venezuela Sweden Seychelles Sri Lanka Morocco Colombia Slovenia Wales Fiji Tanzania Alaska Bolivia Panama Grenada Jamaica El Salvador Estonia Mongolia Bahamas Hungary *Your learner may join at any week/location as this class will continue until week 30 and then will continue back to week one if most of the students have not been to the first location.

Hello Outschool families! My name is Mrs. Christi and I have my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education K-6 as well as middle school social studies from the University of Arkansas for 29 years. I have taught in both public and private school settings as well as online for the past four years. I have been teaching for Outschool since 2020.
I am also a mother to five adult children, so I definitely love, adore, and understand children. I look forward to getting to know you and your child(ren) in my fun and engaging classroom I enjoy learning about new places around the world, so look for me to offer geography classes and animals around the world.
