● Students will learn how to draw the gallon chart and learn how to use it to answer capacity math problems. ● This class will cover customary measurement equivalents involving units of capacity. This class will begin with an introduction. Next, students will be introduced to gallons, quarts, pints, and cups. Then, together we will learn how to draw the Gallon Chart. After, we will work together to learn how to use the chart to find different ways to make a gallon. Students will then have an opportunity to practice using the chart to answer different word problems. This class will include a colorful slide presentation, discussion, and interaction. Students will have fun learning how to draw the chart and learn some tricks to help them with capacity problems. ***If you would like to schedule a different time for this class please message me. Hi I am so excited to be teaching on out school!

I have been an elementary school teacher for over 15 years. I am certified K- 6 and I am ESOL endorsed. I have worked with mainstream children as well as children with special needs.
I have taught all subjects including reading, phonics, comprehension, math, writing, science and social studies.
