課堂經歷
In this 25 minute class we will bring all of the fun of circle time to the virtual classroom! We will cover: Fun Welcome Song: A welcome song is a great way introduce ourselves and get to know one another! Shape and Number Recognition: This class will focus on a specific shape and number. Letter Recognition and Phonics: This class the preschoolers will be introduced to a new Zoo-phonics friend to help them learn the alphabet as well as their phonics. Not only does each Zoo-phonics character teach a sound, but also a movement to go along with it. Children learn and retain information best when they are mentally and physically engaged! Read-a-Loud: This class will include a fun story that is not only educational and fun, but also encourages the young learners to relate to the story and interact with it. During this class we will read “If You Give A Pig A Pancake” by Laura Numeroff. All preschoolers are welcome! This class will be a great opportunity regardless of whether your young learner has been to an in-person preschool before or this is their first learning experience. I cannot wait to meet your learner in class soon!

Hello! My name is Sarah and I am so excited to be teaching on Outschool!
I have my BA in History as well as my Child Development Associates. I have a passion for History and my specialty is Early Medieval History. However, after college I discovered how much I love working with kids and have not looked back since!
I have taught preschool for 2 years and I have also taught English online to Chinese students for over a year. During my experience with ESL I have become comfortable teaching in an online setting. I love teaching preschool and am excited to bring the circle time experience online!
In my classroom I focus on developing social and emotional skills that will help kids for the rest of their lives!
I believe kids remember things better when they are taught in a fun way, so I try to make my classes as fun as possible! I want every student to feel welcome and have a positive learning experience.
In my spare time I love to walk my dogs, needlepoint, read, and play video games. My all time favorite video game is Animal Crossing, I have been playing since its original release in 2001!
