課堂經歷

This class is an introduction to gymnastics, and intended for students with little to no previous gymnastics experience. Using just a few pieces of equipment from your house, students will learn beginner level gymnastics vocabulary as they practice gymnastics body shapes and exercises. Our 30-minute class will divided into four segments, with a couple of minutes to chat at the beginning and end of class.  
1. Warm-up, introduction to basic body positions
2. Rolls
3. Jumps and safe landing
4. Drills for handstands and cartwheels
My teaching style is both laid back and high energy, with lots of celebration and affirmation. Students may work at their own pace and level. My classes are inclusive for students with all kinds of needs. Feel free to message me regarding your learners.

As with any sport or physical activity, gymnastics carries a risk of injury. Minimize this risk by providing an open space, fitted comfortable clothing, and adult supervision.
