八年級數學完整課程

In this course, students will learn 8th grade math and algebra in this 16 week course. This class offers a full curriculum. It is divided into two semesters.

This class will have live meetings. I will also provide worksheets and provide weekly homework. Students are expected to attend classes weekly (or watch class recordings if they miss a class) and finish their homework. 

This course uses both khan academy and ixl. At the end of the class, the students will be allowed to play a five minute game based off the topic for that day.

Please message with any questions you may have on this course. Please note, Khan Academy is a free online learning website. IXL will be used as a screen share.

Class structure: 1) Greetings
                            2) short lesson on the topic (It will be teacher led using a dry erase board/ slide show/ power point presentation)
                            3) Each child will be able to demonstrate their understanding of the topic.
                            4)  Kahoot game/ Blooket game/ gimlet for collaborative play / jeopardy for collaborative play based on the topic
