Each week class will begin with a warm up that will include stretching exercises on the floor as well as standing. Students will learn one new ballet step each week that we will focus on throughout the class. Choreography will be taught to a song from frozen 1 or 2 each week. An instructional game will be played each week in addition to freeze dance. A coloring sheet will be provided each week in accordance to the theme of the class. Self-paced classes allow you to take class at your convenience! Each week learners will be given an assignment to complete in the form of photos and videos.

Your child will learn beginner ballet dance steps in a creative learning environment. They will also learn choreography to a short ballet dance which will teach them various patterns. Dancing to music will also teach the student how to develop musicality. And most of all, learn to have fun and enjoy movement!

We will begin class with a warm up and stretch. Our focus will be on the Ballet step of plie this week. We will learn a routine to "Love is and Open Door" from Frozen 1. We will play a dance game to "Feel the Music". 課 3:
Into the Unknown
We will begin class with a warm up and stretch. Our focus will be on the Ballet step of tendu this week. We will play a dance game to "The Winter Hokey Pokey". We will learn a routine to "Into the Unknown" from Frozen 2. We will end class with a rhythm dance! 課 4:
Let It Go
We will begin class with a warm up and stretch. Our focus will be on the Ballet step of passe this week. We will learn a routine to "Let it Go" from Frozen 1. We will play an instructional dance game "Wiggle, Freeze, Melt". 其他詳情
父母的引導和規範
Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in these online dance classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.

Hello! I’m Miss Lauren and am a performer, educator, choreographer and former dance studio owner in Milton, VT. I'm a homeschooling mom to my two boys for the past 5 years and love teaching Math and English!
I am trained in various styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern and Acrobatics and hold a Bachelors Degree in Dance. I am also a professional for Dancing with the Stars Burlington and have graced the Flynn stage with my performance in 2019 and guest performance in 2022.
I provide wholesome dance classes where movement and music selection is always age appropriate. My main focus is to create a fun and energetic learning environment allowing kids to express themselves! I have been instructing children of all ages for 18 years and have loved every minute of it!
When not dancing, I can be found spending time with my husband and two boys. Dancing has always been my number one love and passion and is the fuel for my soul! I can’t wait to see you in my class! Now let’s get moving!
Please note: Transfer request can be accommodated if requested a least 24 hours before the section begins. This allows time to fill the spot in class that your child was holding. I also try to respond to messages within 48 hours.
