課堂經歷
In this live one-time class, learners will dance to music from the hit movie "Frozen"! I will create a mix of music (that will also be sent to you after the class) and we will learn basic Ballet moves and then create a routine step by step. It is important to make sure you have enough room to dance, wear comfortable clothes, and have a water bottle nearby for any drink breaks you want! No shoes required and you can be barefoot or wear socks. Dress up costumes are encouraged but not required! :) At the end of the class, students will know a 2-2:30minute routine! Also included will be Coloring Pages, a ballet coloring page, and our music we learned our routine to. =)

Dance is a great way to work on musicality, learning and memorizing choreography, working on gross and fine motor skills, and building self-confidence!

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (8) youngest daughter (6), and then the littlest one is 3years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
I offer discounts to siblings, love to work with groups that want to dance together online, and I am always willing to work with you on group discounts, multi-class discounts, and one-on-one private lessons!
