足球基礎：防守球員

Do you want to be the next JAMAL ADAMS or JALEN RAMSEY!!?? If you said yes, then this class is for you! In this class you will learn what it takes to play football and different techniques to take your game to the next level! This class will focus on offensive players and their responsibilities. I will also explain proper techniques for each position and give learners the opportunity to practice these techniques.

Football is a fun sport and this class will follow that idea! I like to engage with the class and come up with creative ways to get them involved! I will do demonstrations and students will be asked to participate to help them learn.  Its important to know what the other team or player is trying to do against you, so that you can stop it and have success beating them! 

No homework will be given in this class. Basic football knowledge will be required for this class. For example, there are 11 players on the field for both teams, to receive points for your team you can score a touchdown (7 points), kick a field goal (3 points), or get a safety (2 points). My goal is for the kids to come out with a better understanding of the game of football and teach them techniques that can help them become even better football players!
