課堂經歷

Students will got through different phases of this interactive class:

Phase 1: Gratitude
What is gratitude? Why do we need to practice gratitude each day (even through difficult times)?

Phase 2: Affirmations
Why do affirmations work? We will cover how to create affirmations and positive "I am..." statements and more. Students will learn how to speak and embody confidence. 

Phase 3: Journaling
Journaling can change how learners express themselves and find peace within themselves. Students will learn how to journal with different key prompts they can do in as little as 5 minutes a day or as long as they'd like! I will give example journaling prompts students can choose from.

Phase 4: Daily Practice
We'll combine all of our lessons to create a daily practice. What does a daily practice look like? How can we use a daily practice to have a successful day? 
Some examples of daily practices they can choose to include in their routine: journaling, reading for 10 minutes, writing a gratitude list, etc. We will cover many different practices so students can decide what works best for them.
