Welcome to this beginning reading class! In this class, students will learn how to read and spell high frequency words!  We will read and write some commonly used words in phrases! Next, students will write several sentences using these words! Students and I will collaborate together on the sentences, and I will write them and students will copy them!

(Please note that phonics instruction is also an important component of reading and that this is not a phonics class; I also teach phonics classes!)
