課堂經歷

Life presents many challenges that can lead to feelings of anger, fear, stress, or heightened anxiety. In this class, we will learn strategies to regain control over our emotions and to know that you are not alone. 

Between anxiety, fear, and frustration, we can all use a little help. In this class, we will talk about handling the unexpected and what comes with those big emotions. 

The videos are shorter than a live class. Your child is welcome to pause, rewatch and take notes. Since this is not a live class with interaction, all of the information can be presented in a shorter time frame. Thus making it more informative and easier for students to sit through.

 When we are in fear, we can let our emotions run wild. How do we decipher fact vs. fear?
