In this class, we take fashion to a whole new level. Your student will learn to draw and design their very own creations. But wait there is more! They will learn what is going on in fashion at this moment in time, compare how fashion has changed, as well as learn how to change old fashion into new. I have already taught a fashion class, and my goal is to build on that class, giving students confidence to create and embrace their own designs. I loved fashion as a child: I would draw nearly every day. My Godmother encouraged me to draw every single day, and I would scribble my designs. I loved walking around Liberties in London, and I would look at fabric and be inspired to come up with a design. I want to inspire others that to be an individual in how we dress is a creative choice and that we can learn from the past and use designers' designs from the past to create a new era of fashion.
