I have lived on a small farm in Texas for 8 years. During this time period I have learned to make many of our own pantry items. It is a great pleasure for me to share one of my favorite skills with you!
We will not actually be making the broth during the session, but if the learner chooses to follow the steps discussed in class here are some safety precautions to take: - Wear oven mits as the pot will be very hot - Use caution while cutting vegetables with a sharp knife. *No nuts, wheat, dairy, or soy is used in this procedure.
