Learners will prepare and serve four fancy French desserts throughout the week (Monday-Thursday), in this fun four-day camp! We will be exploring French baking staples and creating a yummy dessert every day, along the way! Here is the dessert menu for the week: Monday: Creme Caramel Tuesday: Sweet Palmiers Wednesday: Raspberry Buttercream Mille Feuille Thursday: Lemon Souffles Please note: Although the class time says 50 minutes, the class lengths will vary depending on the recipe. I also encourage the learners to ask questions and discuss what we are doing, which may also extend the time a little bit more. If your learner has a class following this class, please let me know beforehand! Please note: All transfers to another time must be done at least 24 hours before. Please ensure that the class time(s) works with your schedule. WAIVER AND RELEASE I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the World Montessori Academy online cooking and baking class, including, without limitation, cuts, burns, food poisoning, slipping and falling, any other personal injury, and equipment and facility conditions. I have read and fully understand this waiver and in consideration of the acceptance of my entry, for myself, my ward and anyone legally acting on my behalf, I waive and release World Montessori Academy and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, employees and agents, and their respective successors and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action, including without limitation, death, bodily injury, property damage, or any other loss, damage or inconvenience whatsoever, arising from my/my ward's participation in the World Montessori Academy online cooking and baking class.
