Students will learn how to mix and apply paint to a canvas. Not only will students learn painting techniques, such as blending, shading, highlighting, drybrush, etc., but they will learn some basic drawing skills as well!

If students do not finish the painting in class, they can finish it outside of class. Students are encouraged to post a picture of the finished painting to the classroom! :)提供的評估

Canvas or canvas board of any size. Acrylic paints (red, blue, green, yellow, black, white, orange, brown, violet). On Monday of that week, I will also post in the classroom what specific colors the students will need. Paintbrushes of various sizes. White chalk. Cup. Water. Paper towels. Hair dryer (for drying paint faster on the canvas). Palette, palette paper or paper dish. Pencil.
