Celebrate the changing of the season with artwork depicting the trees changing colors. Students will use a combination of paper collage and drawing to create this fall inspire mixed media project. Although this class is taught using a directed drawing method, students are encouraged to make their drawing unique to them. To ensure students get interaction with the teacher, the beginning of class will start with introductions and class will end with sharing their art with the class, talking...
Students will work on improving cutting and pasting skills. Students will continue to develop skills in artistic expression and artistic decision making.
Ms. Alyssa possesses a degree in art education and has years of experience working with young students. She believes that basic understanding of art techniques and theories are important things that students should learn to not only further their art skills but also to see the beauty in the world around them!
