Week 1Lesson 1HieroglyphicsIn this one week flex class, we are going to explore the hieroglyphics of ancient Egypt. We will discuss why they were used, when they first started being used, and how we figured out what they mean.
For the past 10 years, my wife and I have been living and studying in Egypt, which really helps to strengthen and benefit the information in my ancient Egypt related classes. We are here now currently enjoying our studies and exploration.
There are several historical sources that can help ensure that your class on Ancient Egypt is not biased and includes the perspectives of marginalized groups.
